Some get excited for a change, but most don’t. Psychologically, a change send shivers to the brain and body. Why? Because you are stepping out of your comfort zone, into the unknown.

We know because we too came to a foreign land years ago, before we settled permanently.

We understand because we have been there and understands the struggle.

We are here to tell you that you are not alone. We are here to help!

Global Student Services was formed from an idea. The idea itself is HELP.

A few years ago, two students came and view a property whom David See (founder of Global Student Services) is trying to rent out. When David was going through the application process with the students, he found out that they have only been in New Zealand for 7 days. The accommodation that they are currently residing is overly expensive hence they have decided to move out. David subsequently spent a few hours going through the legality of a contract, which then lead to information being given on public transport, universities, groceries shopping, and etc.

David then looked back on when he first left his home country when he was 16 to live in a foreign land for studies. There is the need to learn the public transport, find a suitable accommodation that is both economical and affordable, change of culture, the importance of Embassy and its location, and not to mention language barriers.

Lin Li (founder of Global Student Services) is the same. He too was an overseas student once.

The purpose of Global Student Services is to help students. We are here to feed you with the necessity information so you don’t feel lost and alone.
